Sweet Loren’s chocolate chunk and salted caramel chocolate are also delicious in this recipe.

If you prefer a softer cookie, don’t bake the full 7 min. in 2nd baking, which is after placing the marshmallow. 5 minutes in 2nd baking is a good time frame.

These cookies freeze beautifully.

Ingredients

1 pkg. Sweet Loren’s sugar cookie dough

1 pkg. Justin’s dark chocolate mini peanut butter cups

6 Dandies Vegan Marshmallows, cut in half to make 12 pieces

  • 1. Preheat oven to 325°. place sugar cookies on cookie sheet 2 inches apart.  Bake 7 minutes, remove from oven.

  • 2. Place one marshmallow in center of each cookie, lightly pressing down. Return cookies to oven, baking 7 more minutes.

  • 3.  Marshmallows will double in size, this indicates marshmallow is consistency for peanut butter cup to melt well.

  • 4. Remove from oven, place one peanut butter cup in center of cookie, lightly pressing down.

  • 5. Fold parsley into the soup.

  • Indulge!
