Another ingredient you can add is Follow Your Heart Feta Crumbles. They’re dairy free, gluten free, soy free, and certified Plant-based. It’s optional but does add another layer of flavor to this sandwich which can be cut into 4 slices to make tasty hors d’oeuvres.
Ingredients
4 slices Little Northern Bakehouse delicious
white wide slice gluten-free vegan bread or your preference.
4 tablespoons Cedar’s organic original hummus
2 teaspoons to MIYOKO’S CREAMERY European Style Cultured Vegan Butter with Hint of Sea Salt (optional)
1/2 cup chopped avocado
1/2 cup chopped tomato seeds removed
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1/2 teaspoon kosher or sea salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil for drizzling

Toast bread. Butter bread with 1/2 teaspoon Earth Balance then 1 tablespoon hummus.

Sprinkle bread slices evenly with avocado and tom

Again, adding evenly to slices, Sprinkle with cilantro, salt & pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
